    Well first figure out if it's a bent housing or bent axle shaft. Put the truck on stands and let the wheels spin. Does the wheel wobble? Yes? Axle shaft bent. No? Housing bent. I'm guessing housing bent from what I read here.

    I'd bet you can't find a single station that isn't using blender pumps. The tank information is always listed somewhere, contents and capacity. There's never an 89 tank. Blend away on your own if you so please.

    One piece will be the Sport style that is all plastic and paint matched to the truck. Two piece will be the steel lower portion that's usually chrome but sometimes paint matched on high trim models with a smaller plastic upper portion that is usually painted but sometimes just black.

    5x5.5 pattern. Any 1500 ram prior to 2019 or a 19-24 Classic such as yours will fit.
