    my comment was based on the union contract, where Stellantis had already moved it's Belvidere production to Mexico, and the union was concerned the Ram 1500 would be relocated there as well....according to the union back in 2023...

    Towing Question

    ugh....3:21 rear end...towing a 16' landscape trailer with a freeze on it and a golf cart, with a truck box loaded with stuff....at 85mph i got 10 to 11 mpg...at 75mph, i was at 12.5 to 13.5mpg on the highway. I'm getting rid of that trailer and going with a 12 foot double axle.

    you can always weld another bolt to it. the heat will definitely loosen it up and use the welded bolt to remove it

    question about trailer connection

    i just thought when the truck was turned off, everything was off. The LED light on the trailer shows constant power. It has a new diode, so the LED light is only sensing power from the truck. for now, i'll just unplug it if it has to sit a for a long time. thanks for the input.

    I noticed that when i plug in the 7 prong into the truck, there's constant power going to the trailer battery. I keep it unplugged if left on over night. Is there any way to turn that off and only send power when the truck is ON? I thought it might drain the truck battery if left plugged in...

    got mine off ebay a couple years back. works perfectly and never had any issues. Back then it was $135.00. Price went up i see.

    truck was damaged on the right side

    so, if a nmchanic cracks the head of your truck engine because he torqued them too much, you'll just let it slide and eat the costs? i expect a body shop to know what they're doing, truck is fairly new with 23k miles. I'm paying them a lot of money per hour for their expertise, not their blunders.

    what they should put in all vehicles is an emergency alert signal to tell you when an ambulance, fire truck, or cop is appraoching. too many people do not pull over, or have their radios on too loud. just my opinion
