Dodge/Ram dealerships are incompetent.
From what i see, the mechanics are not trained properly, they are just part changers that make YOU pay for their incompetence.- mikey2k

The only way to get your truck diagnosed and repaired properly is to do it yourself. I bought a 2014 ecodiesel with 130k miles on it. Just from a diagnostic point of view, all codes are related to the egr disabled. check the vacuum line to your egr valve.- mikey2k

Ok, alphaobd changes lights and door locks and stuff, does it tune? can i delete the DEF system? I have the "will not restart" after the 250 mile countdown. i hooked up a plunger switch to the starter relay and have driven it over 1500 miles with no codes and it will not go away. How many miles have you driven your eco diesel?
142000 2014 Bigfoot, a few DEF issues, around 3000 of those miles are mine. bought truck expecting a diesel to last, oops. Ill delete it and hope for the best- mikey2k
