Def congrats. U putting E85 in the tank?
Its not liking the 93 I have around here. I even tried VP 93 and it just doesn't like it. Since it has a 13:1 compression, nicely ported heads to match, and the fuel system has been upgraded. I am playing with HP Tuners and trying to dial it in better. It really woke the car up and it was running a lot smoother. I will know more today. I am taking it on a 40 mile cruise this morning.

Not much to update. It likes the E85 mix. The hood was lacking something so I added a decal.

OK, I hated it when I worked for the Army and they had Impala's that were setup for E85 and they made us run that crapola. But all being said, U know wat U got and wat U wanna do. G/L on all dat, and NO BURN OUTS in the School Parking Lot...

With 13:1,it's gonna need at least a 100+ octane if you're running gas, lol.Shorten up your oil change intervals to no more then 2,000 miles if you're on E85,i wouldn't even be shy on changing oil every 1000 to 1500 miles if it's not being driven every day

I do every 6 months as I have only put 150 miles on it since I got it. It did not like the 93. I should with that mixture be at 100 or slightly higher. It really likes it and it feels like it picked up 10-15 hp maybe more. You can feel the difference.

I added a new sticker to her. You know since it is a gas loving and eye burning V8!

Took her on her longest trip thus far. 2 hour round trip to a car show. We won our class. I was actually shocked when mine beat out a 02 Yellow Anniversary TA. His was nice. My boys were excited! We are doing 3 shows this week. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I would show on Sunday but I need to travel and see my dad. The car seems to be running well. I need to sort out why the A/C is not ice cold. I have a feeling its got air in the system. Its showing a lot better then it did when I first got it.

The ‘02 yellow TA WS6…Was it a Collectors Edition? That’s been a fantasy car to me forever! 2nd would be the ‘99 blue on white Anniversary car!

It’s so cool that your kids are into the car scene! The muscle car(or any style) addiction is so much better than the drug/alcohol scene so many kids get into! Cars(and fuel to feed them) will keep them too broke to afford the others!

Congratulations on how well the car shows! Your efforts certainly pay off!

Yes there was both the 99 and 02. I wasn't in the class as the 99. He won his class. I have wanted the 99 since the day it came out. I will never forget working at a full service gas station and a brand new vert pulled in. I walked around it for 10 minutes drooling.

I have a diecast ‘99 convertible! I don’t know the scale, but it’s about half the size of an old shoebox! I’ll get a pic of it one of these days!

Well we took the car out on our short date night. I swear it hates my wife. Its like it gets jealous when she's in it. She has done it since day 1. It runs completely normal when its just me or me and the boys in it. Add her and it doesn't want to start lol. I swear this was me in the parking lot twice last night. IMG_6748.jpeg
