Wiring location for rf hub

Changing the interior switch panel to 5th gen switches
Does anybody know if 5th gen switch panel like shown in pic is compatible with 4th gen or aftermarket panel available that looks like 5th gen switches. I really like the look of these switches and want to install in my 2016 ram 1500- Jass Dhaliwal
