    Yep. Heated/vented seats and wheel wiring are in place (& Inverter wiring). just need to install them and setup with AlfaObd. You don't have memory seat or adjustable pedal wiring, or heated rear seat wiring.

    A 2013-17 Ra4/VP4-NA Nav radio will be plug n play and can be found in fairly nice condition on eBay & normal salvage yards/ sites like LKQ, Schram, Car-Part, etc. If you're looking for the easiest replacement, I'd recommend a 2017 Ra4 (PN: 68270661Ax) or a 2014 unit if you prefer (68224525Ax)...

    If you have audio controls on the back of the steering wheel, it could be the switches, or a pinched harness inside the wheel finally rubbing though.... They had a recall for that on the earlier 16-18 4th gens I believe.

    @zafo You're headlight switch doesn't have the center button for fogs. Not sure if the bumper has the OEM bumper harness between them or not that ends in a 4 pin connector behind the left side ... See: - DIY: Add 2013-2018 OEM Foglight Wiring .
