    How does greasing the splines have to do with the clunk only when coming to a stop, and it clunks when downshifting from 5th to 4th? It only does it when going from 5th to 4th.

    I hade a similar noise, took it to the dealer, they also was baffled. The tech got on there Ram sight, and found that it was a known problem for the torque converter bolts to come loose. He pulled the cover, one bolt came out, and another loose. Something to check. 2022 2500 6.4.

    Clunk

    My truck still has this mysterious clunk, only when down shifting from 5th to 4th. There are times when this happens, you can feel it throughout the truck. Has anyone had or have this problem, and if so what was the fix?

    Pholips Crystal Vision Platinum is another alternative. They are a bright white, and still a halogen. They say they are 60% brighter, but I would have to say more like 40% but are better for sure.

    To be honest I towed with a 1500 5.7, towing a 2500RL GD, and any wind you will notice that wind is not your friend. I purchased a 2500 6.4, and it was night and day, the 2500 is more planted.

    I am able to see mine, but you can also take the vin to the dealer and they will give you a printout of all the specs for your truck.

    It tows really nice, even pulling the hills. I do use a wdh for safety. I want all to be checked incase if ever an accident. Thank you for your input, I do appreciate it.

    3.0L Hurricane Updates?

    I think the 6.4 I have in my 2022 Ram with 4:10 gears is a great pulling truck. It pulls my travel trailer with no problems, and I get between 7-10 mpg depending on terrain and wind. I do not need the turbos that means something extra to go wrong.

    Clunk

    This will be the third time, have an appointment Tuesday. I have read that some say they found it to be the pinion gear in the rear end. The last time at the dealer the couldn't duplicate it either, but when I called this time I told them this is not normal.
