    PSA. Fan Shroud Bolts.

    Was just out checking my oil when I found the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud were almost completely backed out. Never have touched these bolts for anything just weird they would be back out. Everyone might want to check theirs!

    You have to get an unlocked pcm for the 17 up models I believe. That is why it says it isn't supported online. Read the sprintex website and it tells you that!

    I can only get mine to make the noise while driving. But it's getting more noticeable so I'm sure it will be getting to be like yours in short order. So if you can find out where it's coming from let me know and I'll do the same if I can figure it out. I'm just shy of 87k miles.

    I have the same noise! But it only happens at a tick above 2k rpm. It's only been happening for the last week or so. Hmm.

    Just found this on another site. So I guess we found the answer! It's the breather hose for transmission.

    Yeah I noticed that tube on mine when I got the truck. But figured it was a breather hose for transmission. But I'm not sure.

    Pictures don't show really how much it is pinched but its alot. Couldn't get the angle needed to show. Because I just drove home and it was HOT! This is the biggest restriction in the whole exhaust!

    Its crimped pretty good right after it hooks to the head. Ill take pics later today when I get off work today.
