    I suggest that you watch a YouTube video on the subject you might not be able or willing to do it yourself but you would know what the job entails. So you should be able to get a fair idea of what it takes. Dealership probably not a good idea.

    Welcome from Edmonton Alberta Canada they’re probably very different the 4wd spindle will have a splined hole for the stub axle and the 2wd should be solid and smaller with different bearings. If I’m wrong I haven’t dealt with 2wd trucks in a long time so I’m sure that someone will correct me

    I have a 6.4pw owned it since new it has 250k kms no issues other than a blown up tranny. I have turned off the mds since i figured it out with the gear shift but then I got a pulsar and I used it to shut it off and change the tire size.     Funny how the op was about a coin holder. My truck didn’t have one. Wouldn’t matter anyway when I lived in the city I learned to never leave anything in my truck that was worth stealing.

    I’m 60 years old and when I bought my pw it was 101k cad by the time all the interest and expenses were added in. In 2015 a 1300 a month was doable. But then Justin was elected and the Alberta economy hit the toilet.

    If they want to put a 6 banger in I’m glad I got my pw when I did I’m not a big fan of turbo gas engines you can get lots of power but it doesn’t last

    A transmission that doesn’t blow up (yes I’m still bitter)bumpers that aren’t like beer cans. Proper rock sliders and skids I would also like a bigger gas tank. And a better place for spare tire
