When I'm driving my truck (1995 3500 Cummins turbo diesel) on a road trip I'm usually at about 2500 - 2700 RPMs -while the engine red lines at 3000- (I have 4.10 gears...so going 70-75MPH puts me at that RPM range)... Is this safe for the motor or is that consistent RPM range too high? I've never had a problem -knock on wood- but just wanna make sure I'm not sending my CTD to an early grave. Thanks in Advance.
