Hey guys I'm in the process of installing a transmission temp gauge in my truck. I have the gauge mounted and now I'm having trouble. I want to put the sensor in the hot line going to the cooler but I can't seem to find the right t-fitting for it. I don't know the size of the lines. Has anyone here done this, this way and if so what t-fitting did you use. The truck is a 03 ram 1500 5.7 hemi automatic 4x4 sport package. Thank you.

I see this post is rather old but oh well. I put mine in the tranny pan. That's where most OEM installs are. The oil in the line can vary in temp from the oil in the pan and that's the oil the trans is using.
