01 1500 is a ******* year front suspension wise. they where in the process of switching styles to the 2002 version, and there isnt enough money to be made by manufactures to produce parts for a 1 of year vehicle.
that being said, i saw someone say that the lower control arm is the same as the 2000 version, and you can use the djm lower arm to get an extra 2" of drop that way, but i haven't tried it, or actually seen that anyone has.
I was really hoping I could get 4/6 belltech kit like my buddy has but they only have it for 94-99. Would u happen to know the exact reason on why the lower control arm n steering components won't go to 4 inch lowered? Also is there any difference in the rear between the 94-99 n the 01s?
on western chassis, you can get a 3" lowering spring, and in the back its pretty easy to get 4", but in 01 they switched over to the unit bearings, instead of the old style bearings in the rotor, so the spindles are different, and no one makes a drop spindle for us.
