Need help with an issue regarding my Cummins not starting. Once a week when I get in my truck to go somewhere I turn the ignition and the truck doesn't start. Radio, lights, etc all work. I simply get and hear a click and then nothing. No codes or any other warning lights. I have discovered that if I take off the positive cables on the batteries for 15 seconds and do a master reset the truck will start. This happens once a week, rain or shine, doesn't matter if I have driven 5 miles or 100 miles. Happens randomly. Dealership told me the next time it happened to have the truck towed to them. The last time it did I had the truck towed to them but when they got the truck it started right up. They have had the truck for 5 days now and has started every time for them. There was also no codes when the dealership checked. This has me and the dealership baffled. The truck has 68,000 miles on it and everything is stock. Not planning on any deletes until warranty is up.
