Would I be wasting my money buying a 4" Lift for a 4WD and trying to stuff it under my 2WD? Or is it possible?

they make 2wd lift kits. Rough Country makes a pretty nice one! an i think fab tech dose as well but not 100% on the fab tech. The Rough Country 2wd lift kits anit that bad in price either

Rough Country only sells spacers. Between Doetsch and Maxtrac you can piece together a good 2wd setup. Fabtech used to sell spindles and uca's for them but not anymore. But between those two they offer have spindles, coils, uca's, shackles, aals, blocks, shocks, etc.

Alright, do me a HUGE favour and make a list of what I need for a 5" suspension lift. Like what exact components?
