Just curious, can't find anything on Google, will a throttle body bolt to a standard carburator intake manifold?

nope. the throttle body has a slightly larger bolt pattern. you would need an adapter plate to make it work

i am not sure. i think you might have to make one for that application. if you had a 4bbl it would be a lot easier but going from a 2bbl to a throttle body is a bit of a pain since the 2bbl has a smaller bolt pattern than the throttle body.

Would I run into issues if I did a 4 barrel carb swap?

depends on whether your truck is setup for carb or TBI. if your truck is setup for TBI then it would be a lot more work and expensive since you would also have to buy all the ignition parts on top of the intake and carb.

it would likely be a lot easier to just find a proper intake for it or get a aftermarket 4 barrel intake and fuel injection system. summit racing has some pretty cheap fuel injection setups.

I found a bunch of adapters on there but they are all for Chevy lol, I don't plan on anywhere near 400hp so I feel that'd be overkill was thinking headers, single 2.5" header back exhaust, mild cam, and a k&n air filter an maybe ported and polished heads

that kit is good for engines up to 400hp. it is just a cheaper replacement to the crappy stock setup. i am pretty sure it can be tuned to work with a cam unlike the stock TBI setup that you can do nothing with. the stock computer hates changes like a cam that is not stock. that kit can also be used to control electric fans if you decide to run those also.

deleted what? the TBI? you can strip most of that out stuff out. you really wouldn't need any of it with the fitech fuel injection setup.
