It was intermittent for about a week, but now its on all the time. I think I can rule out the Clockspring because the cruise comes on and horn works. I've jiggled the wires under the steering column with no result.

Any thoughts on what to try next? I really have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to the airbag system.

My horn still works and my cruise would probably work if I replaced the broken vacuum line I found this weekend, but my airbag light is also on. It was on when I bought the truck. I am assuming it is the clockspring piece located on the steering wheel. I don't know much about it, so I don't know if just because the cruise and horn works that means the clockspring isn't bad. Mine also throws no codes.
