About to replace the shocks on my 2000 2500 4x4. I use the truck for everyday driving but also pull a 16 ft gooseneck horse trailer and flatbed trailers with tractors and hay on the farm. Was unsure of what shocks I need to get that would work best.

Welcome to RF

Though they are listed as a off-road shock the Bilstein 5100's are great shocks with an excellent warranty and well worth the money they cost.

I know my truck is a 1500 but I like my Fox shocks. I haul a lot of soil and mulch in the bed. There aluminum so you don't have to worry about rust. Put them in last year and still look brand new.
