This being my first RAM, I am very pleased. Smooth ride and I think they are the best combination of visuals (rough and lux). I have a '15 Outdoorsman with 11k miles. I have taken it off-road once through 2 feet of mud and had no concerns. With I knew about the sport headlights and tails. It's going to be part of my build now. Only complaint was the rear-end sag when towing. Fixed it by installing Airlift 1000s.

This is my third Ram. 07, 11 and 16. Ride quality comfort and price. All fit what I am looking for in a truck

I've had my 2014 RAM Laramie Longhorn CC 4x4 for a month and a half now. I love the truck. This is my third truck - had a 2003 Dakota SXT Club Cab 4x4 and a 2009 Silverado 1LT Z71 before it. Chevy had a great ride but other issues too. The Dak was the best vehicle I've ever owned, so I have high hopes for the RAM, which it has lived up to for the past 6 weeks.

This is my first ram as I have been a Ford Guy all my life. Engine and power are great, I am not sure on the quality of the rest of the truck. I had 2 axle seals go bad, both windshield fluid nozzels break, xm radio quit working and now my rear passenger door lock quit working. The truck has 37,800 miles on it so I hope it will last. I am sure I forgot something but I really like the truck towing my living quarters horse trailer.

First time truck owner, coming off muscle cars and luxury cars. Love it, specifically the 5.7L/8 spd/3.92 LSD combo, ride quality, and features & amenities of the Laramie. I dislike the factory projector headlights and quite a few dealer trips for warranty work and recalls. Would give it a 9, approaching 9.5 with my mods.

9.5 score is what I'll give my Ram .

2014 Ram 1500 4X4 QC Express , Flame Red , -45 tsfer case , 355 differentials , 6 speed auto , 5.7L Hemi, 6'4" bed .

I love this truck !
I've owned only 4x4 my whole life .
76 CJ-5 Jeep
79 Toyota
85 Toyota 4Eunner
76 Chevy
91 Ford
85 Toyota
95 Toyota

Then I finally bought a 1997 Dodge truck ! Had it 17 years and almost 300,000 miles loved that truck !
But November 2013 I purchased my current 14 Ram and it's by far my favorite!

I've done a lot of upgrades over the last few years , I always do all the work to my own vehicles so I don't mind doing upgrades , but next time I'm gonna get a 2030 RAM 4X4 Maxed out trim wise

Oh Merry Christmas to all !!

And to Burla aka BBB " Big Bad Burla " this is a Great idea for a Thread !

Worst part of the Ram is the poor headlights.

I had to vote 7-8 i really like the Ram. There is a small defect in my paint (a small piece of debris under the paint on the hood) that only I notice and the headlights could be better. Other than that I don't really have any complaints. I would've optioned it out a little differently if I had to do it over again but for what it is I'm pretty satisfied with it.

In the one year of ownership it has not given me one problem. It hauls heavy loads, runs like a bat out of hell and is comfortable. I wish the gas mileage was better, but hey you can't have it all. I love ram. I will be buying another one for sure.

I'm on my fourth Ram,and each one has gotten progressively better.

My first Ram was a 95 2500 standard Cab, ST model I believe, that I bought in 1998

After going to two suvs, I went back to a new '06 Ram qc Laramie 1500

I wrecked that and replaced it with a 2008 1500 QC Laramie. Drove that from '09 to '15 when I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 CC Laramie.

The quality of the truck from these two years is so starkly different even though they are the same model and same trim level. The new one is a true "luxury" vehicle in every sense of the word. It was better than my wife's Cadillac SUV, and her new Acura SUV, which is fully loaded, still doesn't have the same level of amenities. For example, I have heated and cooled front seats, and heated rear seats. She only has that in the front. I have a heated steering wheel which she doesn't have. My voice control is so much better as is the NAV system. She beats me with collision avoidance and lane departure warnings, as well as blind spot warnings. She also has a better rear view camera as you can change the views from standard, to wide angle, to straight down at the bumper. Ok, and fine, she beats me in MpG.

This is my 2nd 4th gen. First was a 12 2500 cummins. Second and current is a 14 1500 Sport. I loved the cummins and I definitely like the 1500. I hate the MDS and the crappy factory LED map lights on my sport. They dim out and flicker. No fix besides replacing the entire console and at $200 no thanks. May buy a tuner just to turn off MDS for good.

I had no idea how this thread would turn out, so far a pretty good sample size 64 would grade Ram about a b+ or up, and only 6 would be a C or C-, and Ram got no F's so far. I am surprised, forums are usually where people post their problems, I thought there would be more dissatisfaction. I bet Ram would feel pretty good about this poll.

64 - so far really like their rams ++
6 - feel just ok about it
Zero hate their Rams.

There are just way too many pro's in my Ram truck in comparison to older Rams and other brands to give it anything less then an A. Yeah there have been a few issues and a couple of "why did Ram do that stupid chit" here and there, but the only defect I had was something in the air conditioner fixed by warranty and a Hemi Tick fixed with Redline Oil, and 6 years so far nothing major. My previous favorite vehicle was a Bronco bought off the lot, I got 11 years out of that, if I was a betting man I would bet I am getting 20 years from this Ram, and I would bet nothing major will happen along the way.

Bought first new Chevy truck in 1976, many GM's and and a couple Ford's since then. My 16 Ram 2500 is the best of the bunch..
