Finally got some new tires, 305/70/18 kanati trail hogs. Initial impressions are that they ride very smooth, are very quiet, and are wonderful in the snow and slush. It was dark out by the time I got them installed, will have better pics tommorow

Why is it every time I load a pic on here it's sideways?

I've been looking at these and wondering how they do in the snow & ice.

My stock Firestones can't even move on wet grass!

I'm thinking of buying the same tires but probably 37's. Where do you live? I'm in MN so snow and ice performance are very important!

I live in eastern wa, we've had about 6-8" on the ground for a few weeks and the tires have done pretty darn good. I used to have to be in 4wd to get going or even get in my driveway, but haven't been in 4wd since getting the tires. I really like them, and they are much better Imo than my cousins brand new Ko 2 tires in the snow

Thanks for the info man, that's pretty much what I wanted to hear. My wife has K02's on her Wrangler and they handle nice in the snow too and so far look like they're wearing way better than the Duratracs she had.

How is the noise at highway speeds? I've read that they're loud.

These must be a snow / back east tire cause I've never seen or heard of this tire before in my life! haha

They rated for the 2500s? E rated etc?
