I was told by a Maxtrac rep. that the spacer is no longer required in the front, so i'll simply remove it. BTW the 7" lift is $100 something off. I ordered the 7" lift an hour ago, it was only $1,041.00

What are your Bils set at? 1.4? 2.1? If you level at 2.1 with a 6" lift, wouldn't that give you a total raise of nearly 8" in the front? What did you do in the back? 3" , 5" ??

My bils are @ 2.1, and I still have about an inch rake. I can measure later, but think i'm like 43.5 front, 44.5 rear. Front was originally 36, rear 39.5. Bils make 38 front with 5.5 lift equals 43.5. I have 5" rear springs.

43.5 F&R with 2" Thuren coils lol. My 12 1500 was 42.5 F and 43.25 rear with a 4" and Bils at 1.471ded864eb73de144be5c6a4fc823a77.jpgd8a87ded4f643c9567f47ee2c386c7d1.jpg3b7fd64b90ee613c9d8c0bb59f2401de.jpg

sounds about right then... you are nearly 7.5" lift in front. And, are you running 35" tires? That's another 1" raise from stock tires.

Got the 4" BDS with Bils at 1.4". Sits dead level and couldn't be happier.

Looks good!! What's your fender measurements?

43.5" all four corners.

My fronts started out at 36.5" and rear was 39.5".

So is the consensus among the 4" lift guys that the Bilsteins set at 2.1” leaves with a slight rake & set at 1.4” leaves you level or very close to it?

Right now I’m Bilsteinless, but considering them for the future.

Here's my 4" Superlift with 20x9 (-12mm offset) 35's.

Let me ask you this if you don't mind...I have the OEM sport wheels at +19 with a 10mm spacer. That's 21mm off from you. Would 21mm further in look to stupid for those fender flares? I have 295/65/20 nitto G2's and they stick out about an inch right now. Thanks

Good looking trucks.:favorites13: If I can ditch the $h1tty commute at some point, I'd consider doing the 4" Mopar lift (keep the warranty). Maybe wait a few years, get a second Ram to daily drive, and lift this one, lol.

The 1.5" spacers I'm running look just right with the 275-65-20's, but 295-65-20's would probably look way cooler/aggressive. I wasn't sure about the bigger tires for winter.

That being said.....the 295-65-20's might be big enough to compensate for the smaller 10mm spacer. What you might want to do is go ahead with your plans & see how it turns out. If it isn't aggressive enough, buy the 1.5" spacers & sell the 10mm spacers & you're good to go.

I've a crappy commute to work, but I'll say that even with the 35's & 4" Superlift, my Hemi Ram with the 3.92 gears gets better fuel economy that my 2010 Harley Davidson F150 with the 5.4 Triton.

If that truck gets better fuel mileage than your Harley you better have one hell of a motor in that bike.

Where did you get yours color matched?

Hmm -6 or -19 and you're -12. Have to think about that. Maybe leaning to 1" since my tires are larger by 20mm or 10mm each side. Probably makes more sense for 1".

That's another issue. If I went to 35's, I'd want to re-gear (I've got highway gearing). But yeah...my fuel economy is damn good (for a truck). I could lose a bit (lift and tires) and not lose much sleep over it.

Colours?....you mean on the pocket flares? I bought the pre-painted Bushwackers.

If you're mulling offsets. If I didn't have the long commute, in hindsight I would have gone with a -24mm offset for a more aggressive stance. I just didn't want to run the risk of throwing a lot of rocks & stuff down the side of the truck on the long commutes with the more aggressive -24mm off stance.
