Just out of curiosity, what are the differences from a normal 2500 and the power wagon?

Just out of curiosity, what are the differences from a normal 2500 and the power wagon?
Are the locking differentials the same thing as 4wd lock?
The first fourth Gen Power Wagons also came with 4.56 gears. I'm not sure if the newer models are geared that low or not. Other members answered the other differences and of course you obviously can see the 33 inch tires and graphics.
I looked hard at them until I realized that since I tow an rv, it's a no-go unless you want to plow money into springs, etc.
