My new to me 93 W150 seems to have a problem with the drivers side wiper. There is very little pressure holding the wiper to the glass. The drivers side does very little and makes driving in the rain fun. I have tried 3 different brands of blades. They all did the same and all make noise. Is bending the arm a bit the way to go? Anybody else ran into this trouble?

If there is a spring on the wiper arm, might be worn out

my dad usually bends the wiper arm a little bit to put more pressure on the blade if there is issues. you can get springs that clip onto the wiper arms to help put more pressure on them but i don't know if i have seen them lately.
