It's official...

For those looking for a way to connect the factory foglight jumper harness without splicing ...

DIY: Add 2013-2017 OEM Foglight Wiring

We now have a "Foglight Extension harness" for 2013-2017 trucks.

This will allow you to buy the official Mopar Foglight "Jumper" harness that goes into the bumper and plug in the "Extension" harness that will install in the factory connector under the PDC. Combined with the Mopar foglight switch and additional hardware, it's as close to the factory wiring as you can get.

I think we exchanged notes but I forget. Will this work for my 2010? I know I need to connect to C4/TPIM but my SLT was not sold with any foglight wiring whatsoever. Awesome craftsmanship, btw. :favorites13:

Hi SoCal,

We may have but I've forgotten at this point. I don't have the wiring info for the 2009-2012 trucks and don't have an active techAuthority subscription currently to look it up ($35/3 days).

The harness that I make won't work for your truck.

I do have a (new, never installed) 2009-2012 Mopar Foglight add-on harness in the for sale section that I used as a template for one of my earlier versions. It will only reach to the tow hooks spots (vs all the way to the pass side foglight spot). It will have the correct pins for your tpim, but I don't know which pins you would use since the 09-12 install directions don't specify it?

Hi folks!

Since both DeereGuy and I are out of town the rest of this week for work, we are putting a temporary hold on new orders until we get back and get caught up (I was out last week too).

Current/remaining orders will be handled on a first in first out basis for those we have been in contact with.

We are both back in town.

Coming soon... Working out details to offer a Single Zone MTC to Single Zone ATC Bezel conversion service for those with the ATC Sensor mod. It's time consuming but I can replicate it if I can get the parts.

See the ATC thread post 3 & 8 for specifics

Alright folks, 2 new items we are offering for those that have asked (Limited availability due to parts on hand):

- NEW 11/1/17! Factory Backup Cam Connector Breakout: $60 Shipped
Allows bypass of factory tailgate/camera and use of an aftermarket camera. Retains factory lock/unlock if tailgate is still installed. Handy if you have a camera at the end of an RV/Trailer or if you use an aftermarket spare tire carrier w/Camera that blocks the factory unit. Aftermarket cameras do not support the active/turning gridlines like the OEM camera (they would be fixed).

- NEW 11/1/17! Single Zone MTC to Sgl Zone ATC Bezel Conversion Service: $200 (Labor & Rtn Ship.)
This is a pre-modified board installed/exchanged in customer's MTC Bezel with Auto/Off Center knob. No spare parts returned.
Based on part availability.
Note: $140 (if you provide both a working Dual Zone & Single Zone bezel to be combined/Modified. Takes about 8 hrs)

How can I get the 7speed harness shipped to me for the conversion? Can either someone with Mpgrimm2 contact information or does he reply to these post?

Ra4 upgrade

Ok when I installed my wire harness and control module I only have 6 speeds on my fan. I have just the 8pin connector on the back and have upgraded the bezel to the single zone

Sorry for the delay, I'm currently on the road to pick up my son from college for the holiday, bit will try to help.

Please reference the 8.4 conversion thread (post 2 or 3) and wiring diagram for the harness you made and I also suggest you post your question there so we can get extra wires on your problem...
1) DIY: 2013-2017 RA3/RA4 8.4" Radio Conversion Upgrade.

Don't know if you started with a 4 or 7 speed factory fan to know which HVAC module you should be using, but if you have 6 speeds, I bet you have the wrong one.

Radio volume could be an issue with the radio especial if you are using a 16 8.4 radio (ra4= xxxx8671) in a 13-14 truck, or less likely an issue with the bezel or the wires at it's pins 1&5 ( if the other bezel buttons work it's not a wiring issue).

Sorry - Wrong thread...
No problem at all.
Did you end up making your own 8.4 HVAC conversion harness?

If you need assistance with the install, be sure to also post in the 8.4 conversion thread to get quick feedback from everyone that has been through it already.
