Newbie here, you guys with air bags,do you have an on board compressor ? Where did you mount the controls and compressor? I took the one off my old chevy and bought Air Lift 1000's and would like to mount my Firestone compressor and controls, but don't know a good place. I have a 2010 big horn crew cab.

Thanks

Sorry, no help here. I'm putting my 1000's in but just using the Air up nozzle when needed. Good luck -

^ Like wise. The compressor wouldn't last a year under a truck up here, and I don't plan to add a toolbox to the bed where it would be happy. I've used my Zefal doubleshot bike pump to put air in, the bags are so small it just takes a minute LOL

Nope, I don't have that, I figure it just as easy to do it myself and it just more stuff can go wrong.

I did go with an on board compressor, I tow two drastically different trailers. I used the wireless one comp from airlift, mounted under the truck tucked up higher, it sure is nice to press a button and ride instead of having to find air after hooking up a trailer
