Just traded in my 01 f350 diesel for a 09 ram.it came with airbags installed but I don't know what brand? They are red/ orange in color.what is the maximum air capacity in most of these bags?

that is the airlift 1000 it helps out alot with reducing squatting and makes your ride a whole lot smoother when towing as well but they do not increase your towing capacity. just putting in my two cents.

From the Air Lift website. From all the reviews I read most people keep 5-10 PSI unloaded, and 30 PSI when loaded/towing.

From the Air Lift website. From all the reviews I read most people keep 5-10 PSI unloaded, and 30 PSI when loaded/towing.

+1. I have the 1000 in my 1500, and this is what I do.

Thanks for the replies,towing my 28ft Rockwood I actually had to lower bags to 14psi so camper would be level.
