Looking at a 2500 with Ram Box. Anyone towing a 5th Wheel with the Ram Box and are there any issues I should be aware of?

I had the same question before I bought, I thought it nice to have the RAM box but it gets tricky with a fifth wheel due to the pin box angle vesus the narrower width of the truck bed.

Depending on the weight of your fiver, the side-winder solution could set you back a grand.

Just thinking outside the box I have never pulled a fifth wheel but what about a goose neck converter? I don't know what that does for pull quality, if it makes it ruffer or what not. It may not fix the problem it may be the same but it looks like it might kick the front height of the trailer up some.

Issue of the pin box hitting the insides of the bed is still there with a gooseneck converter.

only real way to tow a 5th wheel with ram box is the sidewinder hitch as mentioned.
