Thinking about letting the dealer install the Mopar hitch in the 2014 3500 I'm looking at

"Mopar hitch", that is pretty ambiguous.

the mopar hitch is just a Curt Q series 5th wheel with "mopar" stickers.
My folks use the Mopar 20K hitch and i run the Curt Q20. The only difference was about $200 and a couple of stickers...
save yourself some money and buy the curt if that is the route you are going to go.
Only reason my folks bought theirs was they bought a 2013 with the in bed 5th wheel prep but no hitches were out for it yet so he had to buy mopars adapter and the dealer wouldn't sell it without selling the hitch...

I bought the Curt Q20. Found a huge price difference.
