Depends on what you plan to use it for. Towing? Daily driver? Highway? Mudding? I'm looking at going to 4.56's. But all I plan to do with my truck is tow a 5th wheel camper around in the summer. Other than that it barely moves.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't even see this was in the towing section, I just click on 'New Posts". I'd have to agree with Tylerb, towing with 35's would need 4.10's at a bare minimum.

Towing and 35" tires, do the 4.10s without a doubt.

I tow with 4.56 and it is great the truck can tow anything with ease. If you intend to go over 70 though mileage will suffer. I can muster about 18-19 max now on interstate. Towing is great though and in town driving too.

Just curious OP, I'm also considering swapping from the 3.21s, do you have a particular make/model you're thinking of getting? Or just OEM? Any ideas on cost?

If you're going to bother I would jump past the 3.92s straight to the 4.10s if it a DD, or 4.56s as suggested above, if it is largely a tow-dedicated vehicle.
If you got pulled over the police/trooper can still hold you to however your truck came configured from the factory despite its newfound ability to multiply torque. Be aware.
