I see. So the bils allow you to adjust the front and back to a perfect level after putting the new coils in?

Yeah, but I didn't get a perfect level. But it got the nose out of the dirt.

It doesn't look like the boat is killing your truck. I would look into the tuff truck coils that don't raise your truck. The 1223 (a good product) are recommended for constant load. The 1223v is a variable load spring with the same benifits as the 1223 but suppose to keep your ride and ride height. Just my .02

Or just get the airlift 5000 kit and you can keep the normal ride when unloaded, then air bags up when hooking to your boat and the squat disappears. I will recommend bilsteins shocks to anyone tho. Not absolutely needed but the change they make in ride quality loaded and unloaded is a HUGE difference.

I ordered a set of the TTC-1223V rear springs today from SD truck springs. He told me they would give a 35% capacity increase and the variable rate will insure the ride does not change much when the truck is not loaded. I hooked up our 5500 (loaded) pound travel trailer this morning and it really makes my truck squat even though it is only a 19' trailer. Kind of surprised it did.

The 1223s will raise the back if the truck 3 or 4 inches. the 1211s give stock height but the give the higher load capacity.

My 27ft camper doesn't squat my 2017 too bad. I don't have my wdh yet but it will be here on Monday and I have decided to upgrade to some 10ply tires but I am sure that there are some other things I need to upgrade as well. I DO NOT want to raise the ride height any and really don't want a stiffer ride when unloaded so maybe those upgraded variable springs are the way to go for me.

I would say look into a set of air bags, this will allow you to keep your ride height the same, the ride the same pretty much but handle heavy loads.

The weight distribution hitch would make a difference as it shifts some of the rear axle weight to the front axle of the truck and some to the trailer axles which level you out. I like the springs and bags as well.
if you want to go full on air you could look at Keldermans but they are pricey.

I use air bags with 20lbs of air for my 25 footer made a lot of difference.
