Had a trailer that I didn't realize the brakes had an issue until the customer put it on his truck so I bought this brake controller. Apparently not only will it let me know if there are any issues, but I can read the voltage output among other things. Super excited to get it in.

Bought a '14 1500 5.7 Hemi over the holidays with a 3.21 gear ratio. So far the heaviest I've pulled was a 25' deckover trailer that weighs 5200# with a 1,100 zero turn on it. That is the trailer with no brakes and my truck pulled it like a dream. Can't wait to see the difference when the trailer brakes are helping stop it lol.

Wow, I can't recommend this brake controller enough. It diagnosed the problem right away and I was able to fix the trailer in a matter of minutes. Turns out that the wiring on the rear axle was reversed. I would have never found it otherwise.

Now to actually see how it performs while pulling a load. In 2 days I am pulling a load of 4 trailers weighing right at 8,000# for about 50 miles.

Good deal! My 17 has the factory ITBC, or I'd be installing my P3 in my RAM. It truly is a great brake controller
