I went with the 4 corner air suspension on my new truck, as did my dad. Today he pulled our tractor over to the farm he and my mom purchased. I figured I'd compare the air suspension to the Coils I had in my 2014.

My guess is that the tongue weight is in between 1000-1200 lbs. Total weight behind the truck is around 9900 lbs.

Here's my 2014. It had a 1" rake when not towing, and my airlift 1000 bags were at 35 psi (max)

Here's dad's new truck hooked up this morning. Sat the exact same as it does when it doesn't have a trailer hooked up!

I'm so impressed with the oem air suspension! He said the back end didn't feel spongy at all! It was pretty cool to watch the truck level the load too!

Here's a pic when he unloaded. How about that for rake? Lol

If your going to be towing that tractor a bunch, you may want to consider a set of Timber Grove airbags. They bolt on and you take them off and put the bump stops back in if you don't like them.

I don't have the black truck anymore, that pic was from last summer. Figured it was a good comparison though. My new one has the 4 corner air too, very impressed with it!

It is impressive. Levels any reasonable load. I've had it loaded up pretty heavy and it still levels it. For you with stock tires you may want to max them at 44 psi I believe if towing that heavy. 39psi may be a little squishy

Yeah I haven't checked the tires yet actually! I usually like to run them at max. I'll have to check when I get home!

It was actually all your pics with the air suspension that made me buy it, I was very impressed by all your pics and info!
