Good job. I'd have never done that myself but looks like the Ram fared well.

Yikes. 200 is too hot. Good on you for stopping though.

I used to do that in my Silverado. Lol. Like I said. And is what resulted in NY buying a new 2014 Ram 2500. Lol. I had a 1500 Silverado crew cab. And transmission is gutted.

That must be one heavy Land Cruiser. It sure doesn't look like 9000 pounds. What gears do you have?

Where does the 9000 lbs add up to? I see a 2000 lb trailer, with a 5000 lb SUV and a 500 lb ATV.

200 is fine, that just means your transmission is honestly working. You'll see 240-250 full loaded pulling a grade. It's how it works. You break 250 and you'll starting breaking down the fluid.

Just make sure you kick it down to your 1:1 gear at highest, never let it hit OD while towing (specially up a hill) and you should be doing great.

the land cruiser is 7500 and the trailer is 1500 and we just have 4 10s

we thought the land cruiser weighed about 5-6k but we weighed it at a loves truck stop and it was a little under 7.5k

Nice job, go RAM!

Car trailers are a pretty easy tow, but I wouldn't want to tow a 9000 lb camper. The tall walls are like towing a giant wind sail.

Hmmmm....So your saying your LC weighs more than a 1 ton diesel 4x4 extended cab dually truck ?

My 97 dodge 3500 CTD 4x4 dually didn't even weigh that much until I put the aux fuel tank full of fuel in the bed.

I could see the trailer AND the landcruiser BOTH being 7500, but not just the LC.

the beadlocks, bumpers and rock sliders add up fast

Having built some of the items you added and lifted them up to mount them, I find it very hard to believe you have 2000 lbs worth of bumper/beadlock/sliders on that LC. It is possible but I find it very hard to fathom.

The trailer & load in the pic below is barely over 11k in weight, and that's with a trailer that is 3x what you say yours weighs AND 1000 lbs of snowplow up front.
