200 is fine, that just means your transmission is honestly working. You'll see 240-250 full loaded pulling a grade. It's how it works. You break 250 and you'll starting breaking down the fluid.

Just make sure you kick it down to your 1:1 gear at highest, never let it hit OD while towing (specially up a hill) and you should be doing great.

I'd say 200 deg is fine too, Mopar+4 trans fluid is good to 240 degrees.

+1 on OD though, that'll murder a trans towing in overdrive... LOL
