Hey guys..

I am wondering how my truck is doing pulling my travel trailer. To me, it seams really high but not sure why

MY truck is a 2015 BigHorn CrewCab, HEMI, 8 speed and 3,92 gears and tow in farly flat roads.

I used to tow a 25ft 5000 pounds (2300KG) trailer and got about 20-22 L-100km (11.7-10.7 MPG). Now this year I have a 27ft 6600 pounds (3000kg) trailer and I am doing 25-28 L-100km (9.4-8.4 MPG).

So the trailer is a bit longer and heavier but should i see such a difference?

Trailer brake dont seam to be draging.. Anyone pulling a similar trailer?

Yep, that sounds about right, I average 8.5-10. At the scales this weighs 9635, sane truck config as you now.

Sounds normal to me. Close to 10mpg is pretty good considering that's pretty close to the mileage the same type truck got 20 years ago without towing a trailer.

I'm towing a 32' TT that weighs 5900lbs. On my longer trips, I have averaged 8.5-9.5 MPG. The speed and grade of roads make a big difference. I usually travel right around 65mph. If I kept it under 60, I'd get a lot better mileage. My signature isn't showing up, but I have 3.92 gears.

You're adding almost 15% to you gross vehicle weight so losing 1.5-2 mpg doesn't surprise me assuming you're running a hemi. I get about 7-8 mpg on my hemi truck pulling an 8000 lb trailer so your numbers seem about right.
