What mirror extensions to buy

I have the power folding mirrors on my 2017 and they just don't stick out far enough to see my camper good enough. What are the best mirror extensions for the money to get that fit these good.

If I'm not mistaken sense you have power fold you should be able to add the power fold tow mirrors if you would like. You can check 1aauto. As far as extensions go I can't help you all I have herd is the flop really bad in the wind. Good luck.

I'd try to see if you can get some oem trailer tow mirrors. That's one of the reasons i upgraded to my 2500 ram from my 1500 Silverado. The Chevy dealer wanted $1200 to install the oem trailer tow mirrors.

I had the Longview slip on mirrors on the Chevy and they were terrible. Left side was just ok, right side, totally useless. The **** ones i had prior were no better. Good luck

Ok, after looking around I think you are right that a set of the oem mirrors from a 2500 or 3500 is the way to go. Now to find a set worth the money.

Yep, as expected and no thank you. I only tow my trailer 5 - 10 times per year and my **** for $30 do not intrude the truck looks and are perfectly solid rolling on the highway. I know there are a lot of haters on them, but they have been flawless for me for my usage.

Now If I could get a set of 2500 Chrome Larry's to fit perfect with the power fold 1500 I have I would jump. I need the power fold to ingress my garage.

I was in the same position with the clip on tow mirrors, and since switching to the tow mirrors it's night and day, but if they work for you, don't change a thing.

I am 100% sure the full-on-tow mirrors are better. I just have to have the chrome like the Larry.

We just completed a 3910 mile trip using these tow mirror extensions. They really worked well. Very snug fit and no vibration at any speed. Be glad to answer any questions you might have.

I have a set that I bought on Amazon for like $50 for my 1500. Only used them a few times before we bought the 2500. If anyone is interested, I can get the info for them tonight.

I have the ones from Fit System. They work great and don't look like something clipped onto the mirror.
