Looking at a 29' tag toy hauler, dry weight is 6150lbs. When loaded I'm guessing around 8,000lbs. Can the hemi pull it without any issues. Gear 3.92's, flow master ****, S and B CAI and hypertech tuner rolling on stock size 20" wheels and tires.

With your 20" tires it lists your GTWR as 7550 lbs. Same truck with 17" tires is rated for 8600 lbs.

I towed a fairly empty 6500 lb toy hauler last fall with my stock '06 on 17" tires and it did fine. Your mods have given you some more HP but its the torque with the 20" tires that is more important IMO.

Forgot: Mine has a 3.73 gear ratio probably because of the stock 17" tires.

The truck won't have many problems with the weight. 29' of enclosed trailer is a lot of frontal and side area. I have a 20' v-nose car hauler, 7500 lbs loaded and headwinds are a *****. Side winds are worse. The actual weight is not.

Exactly.

It's not the power train that is the weakness of the RAM w/HEMI but rather its strength.

It's weakness is springs, frame, and weight/size when coupled to a big sail boat.. errr, tow trailer.
