I own a 2005 Ram quad cab. I searched local salvage yards for a receiver and found one. I agreed to pay a local guy $50 to take it off and deliver it to me. Then he calls me saying it was too much work for $50 because the bed had to be lifted to get the unit off. This doesn't seem right. Can someone confirm?

ya....there are a bunch like this...I was hoping for something more substantial. But I don't really tow that often. But when I do....

Sounds like a beer commercial...LMAO.

I have a class IV trailer receiver hitch on my 07' that was sold by U-Haul, I only pull a 12 1/2 foot single axle utility trailer with it, but it is ready to pull up to my trucks max limit. Better to have more than you need. I never liked those bumper mount hitches.
