Would my body lift effect my towing ability?? Also if I understand right my 35's effect my power. Would bigger gears help???? What else??? I want to get a camper and don't want to get another truck with gas prices.

35's will hurt the power a bit. towing will hurt it even more. 4.56 gears is the answer to that problem. I have no problem towing 8-9000 lbs and im lifted on 35's as well.

You should also definitely consider AirBags in the rear. The AirRide system only costs about $200, takes 2-3 hrs to install and is extremely simple. when not inflated, it does no affect ride quality at all (unlike helper springs), but when inflated it eliminates all sag (which improves ride comfort, control, and performance).

Might think about a trans cooler, but power wise Aaron has you covered. Air bags come up for sale occasionally.

4:88's with a 35 or bigger tire I think would work good, but with a street truck on short tires it is a too much. I wish I had 4:56 instead of 4:10, but I hear the guys making big hp go back to 4:10 gear to increase trap.
The experiment continues....

Daniel, tell us what you have learned running 88's.
