Trailer lighting issue.

I know there is at least 100 posts on this issue and I read most of them. Out of 100 posts there is 50 different answers and ideas. I would like to try it one more time so I can be involved in the conversation. I have a 2003 3500. All the lights on the truck work and everything works fine coming out of the plug except my right turn/brake light. When I turn the left turn signal on I can hear and feel a loud clicking coming from under the fuse box but when I turn on the right one it is very faint. Most of the articles I have read tell me that I have to replace the entire fuse box. Some say just the module that is under the fuse box is all that has to be replaced. I have also read that I can only use parts from another 2003 truck and that no other year will work. Thank you
