Well guys, Mopar has done it again. They caught on to us buying the factory 4.10's from the RT, and they have now lost their mind on pricing. In the past month, these went from being a $399 part to now a $699 part. We do still have plenty of the factory 3.92's in stock though at the $399 price, so grab these while you can. I'm sure Mopar isn't far behind on raising the pricing on these now as well.

They did the same thing to the V6 electric fan. Last year, that fan was only $150, and now it is $350. It is the exact same part as before but at more than double the cost. As soon as they see that people are buying the parts as upgrades, they get greedy and go crazy with pricing.

have you priced a 3rd brake light for your truck recently?

Went from $50 to $140. Freakin' STUPID.

I talked to my dealer about them (and oddly enough, the fans) and they told me that from time to time they switch suppliers (for whatever reason), and sometimes it may be to get X parts at a lower cost, but it may drive others higher. Fun stuff........

What are the chances that this is due to the aftermarket finally coming up with gears for the zf axles? Any news on that or if that's even in the works without having to modify the carrier and all?

Just read a response from Matt - Moe's that cleared up my concerns with the 2011-up ZF axles and the lack of aftermarket support.
