Matt at Moe's came thru for me.... again. I messed my tuner up by damaging the screen. Still worked but it was all jacked up and could barely see the display. BD never responded to a couple different emails and a phone call. Matt was able to get a replacement sent to me.....for FREE.... how freaking awesome. This was done without me ever saying a word to him. He watches these threads and helps where he can. What an awesome guy! Thanks again for over the top customer service, Matt!!!!
