Is the waterless car wash and the rinse less car wash the same thing? Didn't see a video for the rinse less.

No. They are different. Thw rinseless wash is formulated to be mixed into a bucket of water and meant to clean the vehicle in cases where there isn't access to a hose. It will.clean a car nearly as well as a traditional wash.

Waterless wash is for cleaning a slightly dusty, barely dirty vehicle that may not need a full shampoo and wash. Kind of a step beyond a detail spray, but not quite a wash.
