Couple of questions before I buy.

As you know Im interested in the Mopar fender flares. I know you sell them in unpainted black and painted black on your website. The painted black ones being 82214773 and the unpainted being 82211720AD ( which you mention is not compatible with 2015 Ram 1500)

I also noticed these flares on your website...

Model(s):
Ram 1500
Model Year(s):
2013 2014 2015 2016
Part Number(s):
82214281
- See more at: Ram 1500 Wheel Flare - Molded Black (Part No: 82214281)

Can you tell me if these are paintable or not? It just mentions they are medium grain plastic finish. Also, do you honor Mopar discount coupons? I received one in the mail today.

Hello,

I do not believe they were intended to be painted but technically anything can be painted with proper prep and primer. The thing is that these are grained , Were you looking to lose this texture? I would probably consult with a body shop because I think as they apply primer then paint it will actually fill and the texture can be lost.

In regards to the coupon please take a photo of the front and back and I will let you know.

Thanks!

I'm not that worried about the painting aspect, as yes it appears they are designed to be unpainted and can be painted with additional prep work. It's a toss up between these rugged mopar ones and the black pre painted ones. Damn decisions. Here's a pic of coupon.

Thank you for the photos but I am sorry we cannot accept this coupon. Sorry for the delay but I was awaiting a response from management.
