air conditioner removle and altenator relocation

i took the air conditioner off my 83 w150 with 318 motor with power steering and now i need to relocate the alt the alt has a two belt pulley but will notline up with any of the other pulleys ichecked on march pulley set but a little out of budget right now any help would be greatly appreciated.

usually the trucks trucks without a/c had a special idler pulley that bolts right in place of the a/c pump. you should see about finding one. fabricating new brackets to hold the alternator may be more of a pain in the but than finding the pulley.

find parts off an older 318 motor (even a car) without ac and use the front parts on your motor. they will bolt right up and clean up your engine bay quite a bit. thats what i did and it works great!!!
