i got a 87 d250 with a 318. really the only good things are the motor and trans(they only have 70,000 miles on them). the rest is rotted out. i would dont know what to do with it im considering swapping the motor into something. if any has any ideas on what to do with the truck or something that the motor would swap into easily enough (dont care if its a car truck or whatever) it would help a lot

I dont know if it would be worth it to swap the motor into anything... I would turn it into a mudder!

You can get a second gen ram and put it all into that . ... I have the 318 and love it .

It would be easier to swap since it has a carb
Check your local laws though some states wont allow you to title a vehicle if you put an older motor in a newer vehicle because of emmisions

Dakota was my thought... I would find a 3.9 Dak (or one with a beat 5.2) and throw the 318 into it.
