hi i want to get a lsd for my truck but honestly this is my first experience with 4x4 drivetrain (i worked on mustangs) so i have no idea where to begin. i just googled the topic for a hour and couldnt find all the answers i was looking for so is it possible? and to keep the rear bolt pattern as 5 on 5.5?

All you need to do is change out the rear carrier in the diff. You'll reuse the rear axles so bolt pattern won't change. I know Auburn makes a rear diff for the w150, and I'm sure there are other vendors out there. I believe you'd just need to know the spline count on the axles, and that would depend if you have the chrysler 9.25 or if you have the Dana44
