2wd lift kit for a 91 d250 cummins

do they make a lift kit for a 2wd truck. i have seen some that where higher than stock but i dont know if it was a custom job or if there is a kit. i got a 91 d250 cummins and i have looked just about every where and called every one i can think of. if you guys know how to lift it about 2-3 inches thats all i want. let me know. thanks

It wouldn't be hard to do!

You could put a 4000# balljoint & pivot bushing in a 1/2-3/4 ton LCA & get 2" probably.
I do the opposite to lower a 1/2 ton 2" 4000# LCA w/1/2 ton balljoint.

Weld some bracing on it maybe
