You are gonna need to get extended brake lines. You will also need a dropped pitman arm. I would also suggest a dual steering stabilizer set up.

You shouldn't have any problems with it going strait as long as all the steering components are in good shape. Ball joints, tie rods, etc......

Also! Try to stay away from any lift that uses blocks for the rear. Skyjacker has a nice lift for your truck that does not use blocks.

I would do it if I had an older model, but that's just my opinion. Those older trucks are tuff. The only thing I have ever seen go with a big lifted truck is the drive shafts and u joints, because people, not you, want to skip and buy cheapo parts. If you put good quality parts on the truck the chances of you tearing something up are slim, but that's not saying it would never happen. Anything can happen especially when you do a lot of off roading.

That's a hard question to answer. Both are good engines and can handle a lot of HP. I like both but if I was gonna pick one for that truck with big tires I'm gonna go with the 360.

Will a 360 stoker to a 407 be enough power and torque with 4.10 gears to spin Thea size tire good

With that engine, along with the proper gearing 410 or 456's I don't think you'll have any problems!

you're gonna want some bigger axles to turn those big tires... dana 44s wont hold up. always go 360. get lower gears for your front and rear ends. transmission should hold up assuming you keep up on maintenance, transfer case should ne good also. but any serious off roading and you will break axles like nobody's business with the factory puny rear end housing. also you might want a brake upgrade... bigger tires are much harder to stop. wheel bearings... hope you like installing them...

For a truck like this, i'd do a 408 stroker, dana 60 swap front and back and 4.88 gears. 4.56 is not enough for a 38" tire. Maybe 37's, but I def would go 4.88 with 38's. You will need a minimum 8" of lift to clear them properly, and don't forget to get wheels with the proper back spacing and offset.

This sounds like it will be one bad@$$ truck! Pics for sure!!!
