It looks like it should fit, but I really don't know. I have had many 1st gens, and I have seen many 70s powerwagons and the basic structure except for the places where the lights go is the same. I'd say it would take a little custom fabbing to get the right lights. Sorry I couldnt be more help

It wont work by just bolting it on and going. The 70s and the 1st gens have different shapes the 70s are rounder and yhe 81-93s are squarer. And plus the headlights locationbon the core support are in different places.
