Problems with Lights

I turn on the windshield wipers and the dash lights go out and the radio light goes out. This only happens during day when headlights are not turned on.

Check your dimmer, my headlights are set to automatically come on when I turn on my wipers. Sit in your truck and turn on the lights and see if it's the same dimness as when the wipers are turned on if so you'll know what to do!
